This 190SL was purchased by the owner in 2015 and it is now offered on dealer consignment with a data card and a clean Florida title. The car was refinished in the factory Fire Engine Red in 2008. Body repairs were also carried out and sheet metal and the soft top were replaced. Steel 13″ wheels wear chrome trim rings, hubcaps with body-color accents, and Coker Classic whitewalls. The car is equipped with a double-wishbone front suspension, a rear swing axle with coil springs, and power-assisted drum brakes. The cabin is upholstered in tan leather and features lap seatbelts, an analog clock, and a dashboard-mounted rearview mirror. The two-spoke steering wheel frames VDO instrumentation including a 140-mph speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, water temperature, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 60k miles, approximately 1k of which were added under current ownership. The 1.9-liter M121 inline-four is equipped with twin Solex carburetors and was factory rated at 104 horsepower and 105 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a fully synchronized four-speed manual transmission.
