Ferrari introduced the F355 to replace the 348 in 1994. Although it was based on the 348 platform, Ferrari made significant changes to differentiate the two models. A larger, five-valve per cylinder V8, revised body design, available 6-speed manual and F1-style sequential manual transmissions, adjustable suspension, and power steering were among the upgrades. Originally offered as a Berlinetta coupe, the model lineup would be supplemented by the Targa-top GTS and fully convertible Spider in 1995. Production would end in 1999.
Factory equipment includes the desirable gated 6-speed manual transmission, 18-inch wheels, an adjustable suspension system, pop-up headlights, a removable roof panel, power-adjustable door mirrors, Connolly leather upholstery, and air conditioning.
This 1996 Ferrari F355 GTS is finished in Le Mans Blue Metallic with a blue interior and was imported in April 2024 from Germany. Tasteful modifications include Tubi exhaust system, a Challenge rear grille, and a Kenwood head unit. Power comes from the F129 3.5-liter V8, rated at 375 horsepower and 268 lb-ft of torque. Mid-mounted, it spins the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual transmission.
Air conditioning system was serviced, and the timing belt and tires were replaced in October 2023. performed:
